Time : 5.00am - 11.00am
Distance : Competitive Event - 21km & Fun Run - 3km

Event Objective:
- Promote healthy living through running activity.
- Cleaner, Greener, Healthier Penang.
- Showcase Bukit Mertajam as potential running location and potential for sport tourism.

Route - MPSP - Jln Perda Utama - Jln Permatang Pauh - Jln Permatang Batu - Jln Muthu Palaniappan - Jln Ciku - Jln Arumugan Pillai - Jln Abdul Kadir - Jln Tanah Liat - Jln Kumbang Semang - Jln Permatang Pauh - Jln Kg Pertama - Jln Perda Utama - MPSP
Time - 5:00am - 8:00am
Cut-off Time - 3 hours for finishing medal.
Registration Fees - RM25.

Distance - 3km
Route - MPSP - Jln Perda Utama - Jln Muthu Palaniappan - Jln Perda Barat - MPSP
Time - 7:00am - 8:00am
Cut-off Time - 1 hour.
Registration Fees - RM10.

Seems like New Balance is making the most appearances here after Converse. Hmm.. Perhaps it's a shoes that you will love it more as getting older? Haha.. or just simply the classic retro-ness and comfortable indeed.

This is my favourite pick or eye candy lately. They actually came out in early of 2012. So it could be in a markdown price if you found them now. All in vintage finishing, especially the colours and materials (suede x mesh) combination. Interested? Don't mind to share which one you like...

Sunday Hike: Station 84

An early hiking session yesterday, while Smarter b is back to join the team. We all took a tough challenge on Station 84 beside Botanic Garden to reach Penang Hill. Truly great on this first time experience but now our legs are pain like hell! Hahaa..

Sunday Run for 21KM

Sunday run plan for our ultimate 21KM challenge at the moment. Hmm.. Perhaps the longest distance we go since the last one. Wanna do it this Sunday?

asos skinny jeans

Finally got it today. Consider my very first online purchase goodies. Honestly Im not that keen on online shopping thing. With a huge summer sale, free delivery and this seldom found colour or fitting around here.. All these make me hits the button. Haha.. Found it in asos, such a reliable choice for the first attempt. And not bad to add up another fresh colour to my jeans section.

New Balance MADE IN USA

It give me a "TAM" (bigger than excited in our language. lol~) feeling every time watching these making of videos. Majority of NB productions are in China and Vietnam today but not this one; their iconic model - M1300. One of the best shoe producing in Skowhegan, Maine, United States. And below is my ultimate model in this lightly blueish grey tone. Which is the spiritual first colour of a New Balance to me. Other best choice is from their UK's Flimby Factory that previously posted here. You can find yours here, everyone should at least owned one lovely and comfortable shoes like New Balance.
