I feel good

After my Sunday long distance run (7 miles) with smarter Kiv, the next day morning i go for my 30min recovery run.

I still remember my 1st recovery run is a disaster. Tired and serious knee pain, but i m glad that i m able break thru my very 1st obstacle by finish a 20min recovery run.

I will be sharing my journey of my very 1st marathon soon, so stay tune :)

Anyway, is good to touch the ground and run.

Sir, there is a huge barrier for my first recovery run!
