1 Jan 2011: I do something different

Accompany my wife to market to search for a very special hand crafted delicacy. According to rumors, this special hand crafted delicacy is only available during Saturday Morning. Moreover, it only will last for 4 hrs due to its high demanding.

This is the place

Due to a lot of order, she request us to come back after 1 hour to collect the delicacy. Hence, we go to have some breakfast.

IMG_0637

First dishes, 1 medium Kuih-Kak, add more "Tau-geh", "Ku Chai" and "Chai Poh" (all this is hokkien pronunciation)

Second dishes, Chai Kuih.

After breakfast with my wife. We walk around and found out some very interesting thing and some of the thing that remind me.

This is the place for selling all the all books. I still remember when I'm still studying in secondary school (those day still did not have "Google"). This is the place that I come to search for project material and resources.

That's all for the walk around scene. Below photo is the enjoyable moment for the hand crafted delicacy hahaha.

We order 10 pieces.

After eating this, it really make me feel happy and worth it to wake up such early in the morning. However, in the other hand it also make me worry and sad in the sense that, if this hand crafted delicacy was not continue by the new generation, we or others may not enjoying this anymore. So, be appreciate it and be thankful for what you eat and importantly, I hope that this delicacy can be continue forever.
